Nashwauk (population 940) is located east of Grand Rapids on Highway 169. Residents enjoy small-town life and the benefit of a four-lane highway which makes services accessible.
The town has a modern water and sewer system and two meeting facilities, one with a capacity of 900 people. The city also has more than 150 acres for an industrial park.
