We had an excellent experience working with Michelle Kutschat. She went out of her way to accomodate the conflicting schedules of our group, even driving 45 minutes to a property twice on the same Saturday to allow multiple members to view the property.

Long distance transactions can be difficult especially with four members doing the buying, but Michelle made it very simple. We were able to communicate fast and efficiently through email allowing all members to recieve the information. We had a lot of questions throughout the process and Michelle was always very prompt and informative with her responses.

Michelle and Jim were very open and honest with us. We would definitely work with them again if the opportunity arose. < less
